We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our world-class team in our Edinburgh office on a full-time basis. The person fulfilling this role will support our Chief Technology Officer & Chief Evangelist in his everyday operations.

The Chief Technology Officer & Chief Evangelist’s schedule includes continuous worldwide travel, business-critical meetings with key stakeholders, and frequent, high-profile public appearances. To support a successful performance and the accomplishment of critical responsibilities will require significant flexibility and intuition from the Personal Assistant.

You’ll make an impact by

  • Being proactive, able to anticipate and act on your own initiative.

  • Taking ownership of being an ambassador for the CTO, acting as the main point of contact when the CTO is out of the office

  • Exploring new ways to ensure the CTO’s day runs smoothly

  • Being well-organised; a highly focused and energetic person who is confident in multi-tasking and dealing with variety Identifying opportunities to value add and improve the effectiveness of the CTO
