Reporting to the COO, you will be the People representative for the US business, with responsibility for the full operational HR remit. You will collaborate with the People BP in the UK to develop progressive people practices and initiatives which will support the business as it evolves, and ensure sustainable prosperity for our own employees.
A new engineering team is being established in Washington DC to continue R&D, commercialisation, and support roll out of Faraday’s unique technology platform to North America. We are looking for senior engineers to join this team with a focus on complex dynamic control systems to share the responsibility for design and delivery of all physical design aspects of the project all the way through to full commercialisation.
