Faraday Grid attends the Advanced Energy Conference in New York city this week as part of a Scottish Development International-led delegation to present its techology. In New York, the Faraday Grid could remove $12.4 billion USD of power quality problems - equivalent to $750 per household over the next five years - while helping to remove 3 million tons of CO2.
The Faraday Grid launched its prototype for the Faraday Exchanger at a live demonstration at Scotland’s National Museum in Edinburgh yesterday. The Faraday Grid technology will deliver massive carbon and economic savings to UK and represents a reimagining of the electricity network. Over a hundred energy sector specialists, academics, and investors from around the world attended the launch to witness the Exchanger in action as it smooths the volatile electricity flows of renewable energy.
Faraday Grid Limited has appointed Richard Dowling as Chief Economist and Head of Government Affairs. As Chief Economist, Richard will lead the development, coordination and production of economic analysis at Faraday Grid. Richard has the additional remit of representing the firm with Government, academia, media and industry.
